    the 1965 Ford F250 forever altered the course of the genre, evolving from a single-use, work-only vehicle to a versatile machine- capable of hauling heavy loads of cargo, yet comfortable and luxurious enough to serve as a daily driver. The introduction of Ford's Twin I-Beam independent front suspension for two-wheel drive pickups changed the F-series for the remainder of the 20th Century.





    Viva Las Vegas Autos Known History...

    This truck is the 2nd to last year build of the Fourth Generation of the F-series, but single-handedly the biggest mark in Ford Pickup history. 1965 was the year Ford introduced their Twin I-Beam Independent front suspension, as well as a wider variety of engine and power options. This truck possesses the biggest of the engine options for the F-250- the 352ci FE V8. This motor creates 208hp, and a wopping 315lb-ft of torque. It also has the NP 435 4Speed manual transmission.

















    Other changes included style tweaks for the grill, including the re-positioning of the front marker lights, setting them above the headlights. The interiors didn't change much, but this truck had custom carpeting installed, leather panels installed on the doors to match the re-covered bench seat, and a clean dual-colored respray of the dash and doors.

    Whenever we buy a classic vehicle like this, our first steps of getting it ready for market is a thorough visual, mechanical and functional inspection. We get in every car, and turn every knob and push every button to ensure that it works. The truck starts right up every single time, and drives like a dream. everything cosmetically works, from the turn signals to the wiper blades. The Motor was given an appealing makeover with Edelbrock valve covers and air cleaner to make it pop.





    The first thing we do is inspect the undercarriage of the vehicle. We put it up on a lift, and do a quick undercarriage Power-wash to get any of the grime and dirt off the bottom. This truck was in incredible condition underneath, and need very minuscule work in order to make it ready for the market.

    This truck was assembled in April of 1965(672580 consecutive unit number) in Kansas City(K). it was built as a 2 Wheel Drive 4x2(F25), with the 352ci motor(D). The engine and transmission are original to the vehicle. It has the 129" long wheelbase(129), Custom Cab(81B), New Process 435 Manual Transmission(N), and a 4.10(5.2M) Ratio rear end(24). The exterior of the car was repainted in the original color Marlin BLue and Wimdeldon White(WM).

To sell the best it is critical to have a trusted expert in my corner. First we do an exhaustive 130 point inspection on each and every vehicle and hope nothing escapes our methodical investigation. Experience has shown that everything I spend making a car truly “right” will come back to me not only with a higher selling price, but a happy customer that says good things about Viva Las Vegas Autos. Moreover; it allows us to describe the car with ease and confidence, something that simply is not possible unless we think it is true. If major issues are found or the cost of fixing the car the way it should be makes it too expensive to sell, my choice is an easy one. I simply absorb a few hundred dollars loss for my trouble and sell it at auction so you don’t get a headache over the vehicle.


After the vehicle is fully checked over and made whole at any level it needs to be, we researches its history, documents documenting originality and authenticity. Historical significance, rarity, special features, possible modifications and much more are used to accurately describe the vehicle with integrity and honesty. Most important for the potential buyer are the 100 to 200 high resolution pictures that I take myself. The pricey equipment I use would be right at home in the hands of the very best professional photographers and I’ve developed a logical format that walks you around the entire vehicle with close-up shots of every square inch. I provide detailed views of the interior, under the hood and then put it on a lift to show the undercarriage and confirm that the beauty of the car you are considering is not merely skin deep. Even our detailers are enthusiastic about the cars they meticulously clean. Reconditioning can sometimes take several as we do all that we can within reason to get our vehicles in tip top condition visually and cosmetically. Way more than just a cheap detail….Our details are more like refurbishing to as close to new as we can possibly get our vehicles

Usually, I’ll also include a high definition video that shows the car doing its thing. If it’s a fast car, we film it going fast. If it’s a 4x4 you’ll see it crawling up a hill. In every case you will hear things like a rumbling exhaust, working sound system and watch gauges operational as well.


No “dealer,” on-line or in the real world, takes it to this level. No other seller or organization provides you, the buyer, with so much information. I do this because it is the only way I can convince a person; often a world away, unable to touch or feel their purchase that my vehicle is for real and what I say is an honest assessment.
