Restoration of this rare Mustang took place a few years back. The car was restored to the exact original standards. The car was an extremely solid and original car prior to the restoration. The body lines up great with excellent fit and finish. All chrome was replated and looks great. The engine bay is highly detailed. The original interior was in such outstanding condition that it was untouched during the restorations. That is correct, this Mach1 still has the original interior! The trunk compartment is all original as well with the original Goodyear Polyglas spare tire and 5th chrome rallye wheel. The underside has the original floors and it has been detailed during the restoration.

Mechanically, The Mustang runs very strong and is a lot of fun to drive. The clutch feels great and the transmission shifts into all gears perfectly. The Traction lok rear still functions as it should. The Chrome wheels are wrapped in the correct Goodyear Polyglas tires. Steering is response and braking is very true. You will be very pleased with this car as it gives a solid performance.
