HI, PLEASE READ ALL OF THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE YOU BID OR CONTACT ME! YOUR LOOKING AT MY 1969 351C 2V. THIS IS A PROJECT CAR NEEDING engine work, and update the paint (I think it’s original, not sure) some dings and imperfections in the paint.

VIN: 9R02H108091

The title is clear. The car hasn’t been registered in California since 2007.

This is a great looking 1969 Mustang Sportsroof (fastback) that I bought in 2003 from Arizona. It was mostly finished the way I wanted it with only minor cosmetic work and paint needed. It has had numerous performance enhancements added by the previous owner, including the following; Engine: 351 Cleveland bored .030 over, balanced rotating assembly, Hanson rods w/ARP bolts, Keith Black Silv-O-Lite pistons, 9.5 to 1 compression. Ported, polished and gasket matched 2bbl heads, stainless steel valves, Crane Cams Powermax cam w/fast bleed lifters, Comp Cams Pro Magnum roller rockers, Wiend Accelerator intake manifold, Holley 750cfm carb w/vacuum secondaries, MSD Pro Billet distributor, Single Wire Alternator, MSD wires, MSD 6AL ignition box, March Billet aluminum underdrive pulleys, Canaton 7qt. oil pan. Transmission: Ford C6 automatic rebuilt w/B&M shift kit, Red Alto clutches, CJ high-stall converter, large tranny cooler. Exhaust: Dual exhaust w/full length headers, 2 ½ inch pipes w/H-pipe crossover, Flowmaster triple chamber mufflers. Suspension: Rebuilt w/all bushings replaced, new lower control arms, rebuilt uppers, Magna 620lb. Coil springs w/1” drop, 1” anti-sway bar, new heavy duty 5 leaf rear springs and bushings, KYB shocks, Brakes: Power disk 11 inch fronts, drum rear, stainless steel braided brake lines, Rear end: 3.50 gears limited slip differential, Superior 31 spline axle. Sound system: Pioneer Premier CD, Pioneer 200 watt amp, Boston Acoustic Rally series RX97 6x9 speakers. All this plus a trunk mounted battery, aluminum radiator, B&M Hammer shifter. I’ll even throw in a rear anti-sway bar w/ all hardware and a Monte Carlo bar. The intake and carb described, but not pictured will be included in sale. A subwoofer, capacitor & 2nd amp (not shown) in the trunk are NOT included.

The wheels are Centerline Daggers: 18x9.5 in the rear and 17x8 front with NittoNT555 295/45ZR18 rear and 245/45ZR17 front. Lots of rubber left on these.

Vehicle Condition

This was an Arizona car then a California car in very good condition with no substantial flaws. There is light surface rust beneath each door near the front measuring approx. 2” or less. These appear to have been caused by impaired drainage at some point (I’m from California so when I say light it’s probably nothing to some others). The third is in the engine compartment under the original battery tray location. This is from acid damage. The car is currently painted Wimbledon white with black hood and side scoops (the way I got it). It may be the original paint as there are areas that are glossy and in great shape and a few that the clearcoat is gone. The interior is in good condition with no substantial flaws (but covered in fine dust.. The carpet was installed about a year year before I bought it and is in great shape, I then added Dynamat beneath it. The current headliner is starting to let go at one rear corner, however a new one will be included with the sale along with another set of the rear sails. The seats are also in good shape as is the dash cover. It’s a nice car and it was quick when it was running. I was in the process of swapping out the glued in windows with the bolt-in glass when I stopped work on the project. Both sets of glass will be included in the sale. The door skins are in good shape too.

See all pictures for condition, please request any others if desired. I’ll do my best to accommodate, I don’t want there to be any surprises.
