1961 Ford Falcon 2-door Wagon Additional Info:

Beautiful Vintage Wagon, Ready for you to drive home. This car was restored and is mostly complete. Body was restored and repainted, it has no rust and was never a rusty car though there were spots of fender and floor rust that were replaced, undercarriage has a protective coat. Upholstery is all new and matches original patterns. The original car had a Ford 144 engine, which has been swapped with a fully rebuilt 200 from a 64-1/2 Mustang, also an exact fit for the car. It drives shifts and steers wonderfully, and has good power, comfortably does 70 on the freeway.Many new or replacement parts:Fan, heater and ducting controls are all present and work, windshield wiper motor replaced with modern unit that has intermittent option, brakes are drum style and have newer pads and rotors, transmission is 3 on the tree (replaced with a working used 1),new carburetor, new ignition cylinder, restored gauge cluster, new steering wheel, rebuilt generator. There are a few cosmetic issues that would make the car perfect: complete stereo system (kick panel speaker mounts and speakers included), install door lights, some weatherstrip needs adjustment or replacement, tailgate functions well but has spots of rust at inside bottom (they all do) needs rework to be perfect. Gas gauge doesn't work (i think it needs sending unit replaced, sending unit included with sale). horn needs to be fixed. Sale includes my box of spare parts (probably 1k worth).
