up for auction today is my 1988 ford mustang lx factory 5.0 302 5 speed fox body. here are the details.I absolutely hate rust and so I started out with a car from Nevada with absolutely NO rust and only about 80,000 miles.the car was taken apart and the floors were pressure washed cleaned and then painted with por 15all the bushings were replacedthe rear end was disassembled cleaned and then rebuilt using all new bearings seals and traction loc (posi) with 3.27 gearsthe engine was completely rebuilt using many high performance parts its a stroker with very high horsepower it has a holley 4 barrel carburetor aluminum intake big cam hei ignition and distributor and MUCH MUCH MORE.transmission was completely gone through.all new clutch pressure plate throw out bearing etc.new steering rack and associated partscar had no rust but paint was faded and dull so it was sent for a nice new bright red base coat clear coat paint job.new true dual exhaust installed with headers cats and magnaflow mufflers sounds great has really good sounding cam lope with nice mellow rumble not obnoxiously loud but very attention getting.many many more details and things rebuilt or replaced but I cant list them all or this description will be like a book.this is a high horsepower rust free mustang lx with built 5.0 302 engine and 5 speed transmission this is not for a beginner or young kid it is extremely fast and powerful if you accelerate to quickly the rear end will try to go around and pass the front end.this car has many options like power windows etc.e-mail me with any questions.over $12,000.00 in buildhave to sell my loss is your gainNO RESERVE NO RESERVE NO RESERVE HIGHEST BIDDER GETS IT.
