1969 Ford Mustang Additional Info:
I am selling this beautiful rust free mustang because of health reasons. This mustang is a M code fastback and not a true BOSS 302, although its performance and drive-ability rivals the original.Rear quarters were replaced for the "Boss" look. The stripes are actually black but look white in some of the attached pictures as they are highly reflective.
The car is powered by the numbers matching 351W block with multiple power adder additions. The engine was built using a Edelbrock performer RPM build sheet that nets 400Hp. Aluminum heads, performer cam, 750 carburetor, and long tube headers were just the beginning of the performance parts used. The engine is attached to a Hurst shifted top loader 4 speed and goes to a Detroit locker 9" 3.50:1 rear end.
The suspension was completely restored using new springs, poly urethane bushings, new sway bar, and a aftermarket power rack and pinion steering. This BOSS also has 4 wheel disc brakes for stopping on a dime. The wheels are Vintage wheel works 16"x 8" with 245/45/16 tires all the way around. Shelby drop front spindles.
The interior has also been completely restored. Using new carpet, headliner, seat covers, and a tilt column 2 spoke factory steering wheel. Autometer tach, oil pressure, and water temperature gauges were added along with a upgraded stereo system.
The only issue I am aware of on this vehicle is the drivers door. It needs to be adjusted and gaped to body.
