GREAT RATROD CANIDATE OR RESTORE TO ORIGINAL
I CAN SEND YOU A VIDEO OF THE CAR RUNNING IF YOU WOULD LIKE..
This car was bought by my neighbor in 1980's from the Midwest and was put on the back burner as a project builder that he never got too now in his late 70's probably not going to either.
Thankfully the car has been stored inside since then and has survived for years..
the 39 has its original..but rebuilt flathead V8 motor
original Banjo steering wheel..
original key and bush button starter.
transmission is original 3 speed and shifts well
it starts right up and runs good idles smooth
The car yard drives and can be driven up onto a trailer or car carrier.
We decided to get the car out of his barn and get her up and running and sold..
here what has been done to the car from stock....
1.new fuel tank
2.body off frame and painted and put back on frame
3.moore drop 4" drop front axle
4. disc brakes with new dual master cylinder.
5.motor rebuilt many years ago
6.new aluminum radiator
7.electric fuel pump.
8.changed over to 5 lug standard ford wheels
9.all new glass for entire car with all new rubbers, felts, fuzzies all complete and brand new everything(I just ordered form bobs classic glass)
10.new battery.
11.oil and filter changed.
12.new floor pans front to back but need they need to be installed..i bought entire drivers and pass sections..
13. rear suspension changed over to leaf springs ____________________________________________________________________________________________-
The car needs floor pans installed and glass installed and brakes checked b4 it can be a driver...only yard driven
the paint is original 1939 and looks great I would not touch the paint or body it is in great shape....
the body is dent free needs no body panels replaced amazing to me..
original interior the seats are still there and have held up well a few Mexican blankets and your done
dash is original and uncut.
some trim is there and some is missing..
All in all this is a great survivor only needing a few weekend to get her on the road again..
there is suppose to be a grill my neighbor says he has it but I haven't seen it yet...
I will get a update on the grill as the auction moves forward..
if I have to refund money or buy you one that's what I will do if I cant get the grill or if he cant find it..
please be serious about following thru with the purchase if you bid and win..
We have the title in hand for this car.........

please feel free to contact me for more questions and please check my feedback
500.00 non refundable deposit required

if you need me to store the car for a few weeks or months to arrange shipping not a problem.
