1978 Ford Ranger XLT Trailer Special Additional Info:

This is a 1978 Ranger XLT Trailer Special. Original 460 cid was replace with a 460 cid Crete Motor with 3 year/36,000 warranty (approx. 700 miles on motor since installed). New 650 Holley double pumper carb. (electric choke). Aluminum Edelbrock intake. New trans. New interior (headliner, seats, door panels, dashboard). All new Monroe Shocks and front springs. 2 new steel fuel tanks. Dual exhaust in front of rear axle. Headman Headers. New water pump, fuel pump, timing cover, master cylinder and clutch fan. New drums and shoes in rear, rotors and pads in front. Factory air conditioning (not charged). Factory transmission cooler. Factory rear cargo light. Sony CD stereo w/detachable face. Plastic bed liner. Rear sliding window. Auxiliary button for horn. Good tires (size 265/60/15). This truck is ready to drive cross county. 85539 Original miles on truck. Never seen a winter. Not perfect (some rust), but great condition for age. See pictures for details. Put that pedal to the floor and tire break loose, NO problem!
