1988 Ford Mustang LX Additional Info:

1988 Ford Mustang lx. Built 408w, full roller. The short block was purchased from AD performance (mustang specialty engines), the rest was assembled by an employee of a local speed shop on his free time. Scat crank and rods, probe wrist pins and pistons, Hastings rings, clevite bearings. (There is a picture of the build sheet). Pro fuel systems carb (there is picture of that build sheet also), single plane intake, procomp aluminum heads,Comp cams solid roller cam, double roller chain, Comp cams gold roller rockers, girdles, hardened push rods, roller lifters, mac long tube headers, Moroso oil pan, msd ignition, auto meter gauges, 5 lug conversion, 8.8 rear end with Ford racing axles, 373 gears, rear end girdle, electric fuel pump, aluminum radiator, electric fan, Saleen wheels (I believe they are made of magnesium), cervini lift off cowl hood. 5 speed transmission. Bolt in harness bar with 5 point wrap around harnesses. no power steering (still has original rack), wipers don't work, e brake cables need to be installed (included with car), speedometer cable needs to be linked to tranny, original dash gauges do not light up, rear end could use a new gasket (very very tiny leak) push button start linked to ignition. Car is still titled as a 4 cyl. I have receipts for almost everything. (see picture)I am a truck driver and have no time to enjoy or tinker with the car. There is no way possible that the motor has more than 1000 miles on it. Never raced. Runs great, fires right up. (With street tires it will blow the tires off punching it in third gear, that's why the Hoosiers are on it) Can send video of the car running. I will also include an extra 8.8 rear end that I bought to use the hangars for a rear disk brake conversion (I don't know if it's any good, only purchased for hangars). The description and pictures tell all. I've stated all the good, and the few things that need attention. Honest description.Buyer is responsible for pick up, or shipping. Minimum $500 cash deposit due at end of auction (non refundable). Pick up must be conducted on a Sunday or Monday. I am available sporadically during the week sometimes but can make no guarantees. Have questions, ask. I will answer them as best I can. Would like to see someone enjoy her. I'm sure I have more into the motor than the opening bid. Carb alone was $800
