1976 Ford F-100 Additional Info:

Here is an original 1976 Ford F-100 short bed flareside (step side) pickup with a 300 six cylinder engine, manual 3 speed transmission (column shift), manual steering, manual disk brakes and a 9 inch rear end with 3.00 gears.. The odometer reads 07800 and so I assume its actually 107800 miles. It hasn't been registered since 2004 and I have a clear Oregon title signed by the previous owner..
It is a fairly scarce model as it is the first year that Ford resumed the step side after discontinuing it in 1972. It's a West Coast truck and cancer free and very straight. There are of course surface rust in spots where the paint has chipped or worn off but NO rust holes that I see. It some very minor dings as a pickup of this age is bound to have after 40 years. Also, the wood floor of the box is rotted out and needs to be replaced.
It starts, runs, drives and stops but I have not done anything to it other then wash it, repaint the rear bumper, change the oil and check fluids. The engine starts right up and seems to run well but is a little rattley. It probably needs to be run. The truck will need a good once over, and little things like shocks, wiper blades, etc to be a daily driver. Or, this would be a great candidate for a hot rod or street rod.
This is a rather hard to find model with a great body and very desirable to Ford truck enthusiasts - don't miss out!
