This bus is a blank slate for anyone wanting to build a bus conversion RV, motorhome or tiny home. Includes shop manuals for Engine, Body. Chassis and electrical and a complete wireing diagram. The most difficult and time consuming aspects of the conversion have been done.Seats and interior walls are removed. (A daunting task). The roof has been solidly raised 16 inches. (Very challenging for most, Impossible for many).A RV door has been installed, (works perfectly).RV Windows installed. All six tires have beenwell cared for, keptcovered and look new.Starts and runs beautifully. No smoke. Fresh tune up. Four barrel Holly carberator professionally rebuilt in March 2017.Air brakes.New fuel pump and guage sending unit professionally installed March 2017.Body in very solid condition. Not dinged up. No rust. Two, new Adventcombinationroof air/heat pumps. There is a $5000.00 Bigfoot leveling system installed and works beautifully. One button and the bus is level and stablized in about one minute. All of the following is used and has not been installed: Older but good condition Flexsteel swivel recliner to replace drivers seat, Dometic 3-way fridge, 4 burner Magic Chef stove, Range hood includes elec monitor lights for water, two fiberglass shower/tub enclosures, Rv toilet (needs cleaned), A couple of SS sinks, A couple of black water tanks and one Fresh water tank. 3 bed frames I've collected for the steel. Everything has been sitting a while so could use a good cleaning.
I have the rear portion of the fenders (see pic), which have been removed.THE BAD: The wiper motors need to be hooked up to power and a switch added.New wiper arms have not been installed. There are nine holes in the roof that need patched. Eight of them are 4"x4". A larger hole is for a stove pipe which you may be able to use and, there is a very well made set of custom welded steel pieces for running the pipe out the roof which can be used even if you change the location.Bus is titled as a truck so a CDL is required to drive legaly. That's everything I can think of for now. Please ask any questions you may have.Bus is sold as is where is. I am available most weekdays and some weekends for inspection.
