Our hot little '65 Ranchero was born as an 'A' code (289-4V) with the factory 4-speed and has only gotten stronger since. The 302 that now resides under the hood is known in Ford circles as a "Clevor", or a Windsor block with the free-breathing Cleveland heads. This is accomplished by using a Street Boss aluminum intake manifold which allows these normally incompatible parts to work together. Other goodies under the hood include an Edelbrock carburetor, HEI, headers, and an aluminum radiator. Inside, a custom interior, Deluxe wood-rimmed steering wheel, a Hurst shifter, and an AM/FM retro radio contribute to an enjoyable cruise. The magnum 500's really show off this little muscle truck / Car you choose...Now you can get the groceries home before the ice cream melts! The negative is there is a decent size paint chip under the fuel filler on driver's side. The scoop also has a few hairline cracks around the back of it. This car is a 5 footer type or driver car.
