1984 Ford F-150 XL Standard Cab Pickup 2-Door Additional Info:

Extremely clean lil 84. I bought it to keep but I had a change in jobs and now don't have a place for. No rust, body is about as perfect as you get with an old truck, it has a couple of dings but nothing to worry about. The paint is all original and has some sun fade and spots where it's worn through, but it shines up really nice and looks great, has a cool clean patina look. A guy could paint it if he wanted to but I'd personally leave it as is and enjoy it. Overall this is a really honest, original, unmolested truck, that hasn't been altered and messed up. Mileage appears to be true, there's nothing that would make me think it's rolled over more than once, the truck is clean and solid. I'll give a breakdown of the basics below-
The interior needs aseatcoverand better door panels. Carpet has a clear plastic cover that looks like it's been there since new. Carpet looks great underneath. The door panels are cheap lmc looking panels. The sun had beat up the interior so I replaced the dash and bezels with factory pieces. The dash is a factory original with out a crack. The bezels are beautiful as well, as nice as I've seen. Overall with a seat and door panels I'd prob just leave it as is. Radio doesn't work, I never looked into it as I used aBluetoothspeakerwhen I drove it. Everything works, including cruise and the AC needs a charge but is all there.
Mechanically the truck is solid. BFGTireshave a lot of tread. Everything appears to be original and untouched. It had sat a bit before I bought it so after receiving the truck I did a very thorough tune up. Below is a list of things done or replaced-
Spark plugs-motorcraft
Wires-motorcraft
Distributorcapand rotor-motorcraft
All new belts
New NOS fuel selector valve so both tanks are functioning
Radiatorflush
Oilchange
AirFilter
Fuelfilter
Carburetor has been rebuilt
