1965 Ford Mustang Fastback C Code No Reserve

1965 Ford Mustang Additional Info:

1965 Mustang Fastback C code barn find. Car was a same owner car for the last 35 years. It sat in a barn for 30 of it and the last five were outside beside it. Car has been cleaned up and is running and lot driving.
Exterior: Car still retains all its original body panels. They have there issues but I would not replace one panel on this car. Both quarters need small patches, doors need the corner patches, drivers fender needs a small patch at the bottom, passenger fender had a dent on the top that was straightened and needs a skim coat of filler on it, hood, roof, trunk need nothing but sanded. Unfortunately windows were not rolled up all the way and carpet was wet the time it was outside, front floors and toe boards have been replaced and look great(look at the pictures). Trunk floor will need work but 2 trunk floors come with the auction. Car just basically needs restored but is a great car to start with.
Drivetrain: Engine was rebuilt by the previous owner and never started. It has TRW pistons, Crane roller rockers, edelbrock intake and carburetor. After engine was gone through it fired right up and runs great. No exhaust as it has faded away over the years.
Interior: It's all there except the carpet and door panels. Front seats need recovered but luckily back seat was down all the years for storage so the seats look great.All rear panels are in fantastic condition and need nothing.
All in all a great car to restore and bring back to it's former glory. We all know what were looking at so please don't try and act like you're doing me a favor buying it. These are the most sought afterMustangs and we all know it. No reserve so high bidder gets it. Door tag reads: 5F09C782948, 63A, J, 26, 08U, 34, 6, 6.

Forgot to mention, new gas tank has been ordered and will be installed by the time car leaves. Mustang has new battery, fuel pump, intake, and carb. New aluminum radiator and electric cooling fans(fans not installed but also have wiring for it).Doors open and shut great.No rust in cowl(took heater box out and still has factory primer up there).

I've had a million questions on the car and I just want to be clear on a couple of things so everyone knows what they are getting. Car is 51 years old and needs a complete restoration. Engine was built over 30 years ago and needs to be resealed and cleaned up and painted. Car lot drives but does not stop(thus the lot drive) as brakes lines are clogged. Has a new master cylinder installed just need the hard lines blown out.
