This is the first time this life-long South Carolina car has been offered for sale. This is a private sale. I am not a dealer. The car isnow located in Poughkeepsie, NY, 12603.It's a 1930 Model A deluxe roadster restored in 2012 and finished 2014. The car has been garage kept, 1200 miles since restoration and a nice example. Runs super! Nice top. Rebuilt carb, distributor, brakes, new coil, wires, fresh chrome, radiator core, new brakes, hoses, water pump(porcelain), Babbitt, engine rebuild, trans rebuild, detail, new gas gauge, four blade fan for better cooling, new amp meter, wind wings, deluxe tire mirrors, trunk, car cover, belt, generator and starter rebuild. Last week - new fluids and much more. Standard 3 speed manual. I've had it up to 55mph but it likes 45 better. Have gone to four cruises and six shows and the car received 10 trophies. Great driver or show it. Not an AACA point car but is super presentable and one of the better examples I have seen. Paint is not perfect but is an 8 out of 10.The engine was gone through completely and has new Babbitt with only 1200 miles on it. I put 500 miles on the car last month alone. Chrome is very nice and everything works. Interior is like new. No carpet stains. There are many new parts on the car and too many to list. Underside of the car is clean. Car is an 8 out of 10. Drive it anywhere. Small oil leak, but with all of the A's I have they all leak a little oil. Doesn't smoke more than it should. Buyer responsible for pickup/delivery and all expenses associated with it. Car has sealed beam headlights for better night driving. I will assist to get it on a trailer if needed and I am available to make arrangements to see the vehicle In advance and strongly encourage it. There is no express or employed warranty with the car. If you have not inspected the vehicle in advance then please do not bid unless you're comfortable with understanding you're keeping the car whether you like its condition or not. $1000 non-refundable deposit due at the time is sale via PayPal or bank check within 24 hours.
