OCTOBER IS BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

A Donation in the buyers name will benefit the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Fund. This all steel 38 Ford Hot Rod was built about 10yrs ago for the last owners wife. He built the car for her to drive and enjoy and she did just that. Fresh 350 V8 runs and drives great. Power steering and brakes where added to make the car more driveable and easy for her to enjoy. Being built 10yrs ago and was driven the car does has some minor flaws.

Terms of Sale
The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales.
Payment Methods
Certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.
Deposit
Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of accepted offer, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500 deposit is due within 3 business days of listing's end to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The remainder is due within 7 days If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Shipping
WE CAN ASSIST IN WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact South Jersey Classics within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 3 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
