As always, we would like to thanks the Dallas Love Field Frontiers of Flight Museum for their unique background used in many of our photos. Be sure to visit the historic Flight Museum if you find yourself in Dallas, Texas.

Purchased from what webelievewas the original owner in 1987,the current owner started the restoration of this baby bird. It neededa lot of workand he took it upon himself to get that done. He oversaw the entire restoration which took until 1993. We have several photos of that process and have just included a few here and there are more in the slideshow at the end of the ad.

The restoration was a complete labor of love and once it was completed, the car won a major award at the Concourse De Elegance which was held in Dallas at that time. The exterior showcases the former restoration in the correct Colonial White color. The real wire wheels are the perfect compliment to this Baby Bird, complete with wide whitewall B.G. Goodrich tires.
The canvas top is new.The interior showcases a very nice & correct medium blue & white blue upholstery. This car is equipped with power windows along with an updated AM/FM cassette stereo. The factory clock and tachometer are in place.
Under the hood is the Thunderbird Special 312 V8 that was rebuilt in 1995. The car had about 95,000 miles at the time of the rebuild. Since then, there have been only approximately 8000 miles logged on the car. Many well known Thunderbird experts have worked on this car. The latest is Peter Leddy who is very well known here in the Dallas area as one of the top people to work on 55-56 Thunderbirds.
The original trim identification plate is in place. The undercarriage looks to be exceptionally solid throughout.

There are a few bubbles in the paint showing in this picture.
