1979 Fiat 124 Spider Convertible Additional Info:

Purchased this vehicle in a lot of three at an estate sale. This one here appears to be in very decent shape. It has 130 psi across all four cylinders. It has new lowering springs and aftermarket sway bars. The front upper and lower control arms, ball joints, tie rod ends, bearings and hub assemblys are new. The car also has new kyb shocks, calipers, drilled/slotted rotors, brake lines, master cylinder and dust covers. The tires and wheels have very few miles on them, the clear coat is failing on a couple wheels. The exhaust is custom and is fit well, the muffler is by silverline. HID H4 headlight bucket upgrade. It starts very easily and runs fantastic. The top is in ok condition but one corner (passenger rear) needs attention as it doesnt stay in place when up. It just curls up a little. The car has been painted but it is an old job and starting to fail. It has small bits of rust starting in both rear wheel wells. Has cool custom pinstriping. It is very straight. The interior seats are ruff as usual. The headrest vinyl along with the drivers seat bottom have failed. The door panels are ok shape but not mint. Dash has two cracks in front of center vents. Windshield is crack/chip free. All the gauges work. Radio works. The bottom oem carpet is gone. It has pininfarina floor mats. Odometer reads 40k plus. Clean title!
Issues:.1.The accelerator pump diaphragm is leaking. Ordered a new carb kit and will install diaphram on arrival. New carb kit included.2. Radiator fan doesnt come on. Hasnt gotten hot enough maybe. There is a switch ran for it but does not work.3. Reverse was hanging up occasionally due to a cobination of the two shifter boots, a weather seal and the console itself. Works fine with console removed.4. The dash vin number is tucked behind the dash. Its still there and intact just not visable easily.5. Car needs a good detail.
