1978 Dodge Other Pickups Custom Additional Info:

1978 Dodge D150 Pickup Truck. Approximately 85k miles.
The bad; transmission needs repair or rebuilding. It's a 727. It shifts fine, but is acting like a bad valve body or binding bands. Need replacement parking brake cables. Has side dump glass packs.(they came on the truck).
The Good; New seat upholstery, need headers, new carburetor, new starter, new plugs, new wires, new fuel pump, new thermostat, newer radiator, new coolant and heater hoses, new cap and rotor, rebuilt wiper linkage, new battery, new front wheel bearing, new brakes pads and shoes. New front rotors, new rear drums and springs. New soft brake hoses. New rear wheel cylinders. New front calipers. New rear bumper. All lights and turn signals work, with the exception of the roof lights. I never checked or replace old the bulbs. I'm probably forgetting something else I replaced.
She fires up fast and purrs.
I bought the truck from the original owners family last year. I put it back on the road and tagged and insured it. I planned to restore it and keep it, but I moved to a mountain property and bought a low mile 4x4 Dodge to rebuild instead.
99% or more rust free. Small spot in the bed from the spare tire mount. Driver fender, and hood will need minor repair for show quality paint. The bed sides are rust free but have a few small dingers from being all old truck. Really an exceptional project truck. Very hard to find an old dodge this straight.
These are pictures from the last couple months. I plan on take more.
Clean title in my hand, and ready for a new owner. It will drive on a trailer under it's own power.
