1974 Dodge Other Pickups Additional Info:

This is a 1974 Dodge W100 pickup equipped with the sno-fiter package. It is 4 wheel drive with a 360 cubic inch engine and 2 barrel carburetor. This is a 1/2 ton, but it does have beefed up rear suspension.
Mattawan schools ( Michigan) purchased this truck new and sold it to my father-in-law (who was on staff there) a few years later. I purchased it from him in 1990 and used it primarily just to plow my own driveway. I parked it in 2012. So it hasn't been used since then. The speedometer stopped working at 101000 miles sometime after I purchased it. I didn't put many miles on it so I estimate a mileage of about 110000.
The truck runs, the drive train works, and the plow works. The automatic choke and emission vacuum lines are disconnected. I have installed a manual choke. The brakes need much work and only work well enough to test drive it carefully. I believe the engine is sound, yet when it warms up completely it has a hesitation problem from idle to acceleration. Could be a carburetor or vacuum problem. It will need a new oil pan as the existing one slowly leaks through minute pinholes in the bottom of it. The bed of this pickup is pretty well gone. This truck has a battery to test drive it but it is not included in the purchase.
THE BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKUP. THE WINNER OF THE AUCTION WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A DEPOSIT OF $100 WITHIN 48 HRS OF THE END OF THE AUCTION. THE BALANCE WILL BE PAID IN CASH AT THE TIME OF THE TITLE TRANSFER.
Thanks for checking this auction.

The item specification section mistakenly states the vehicle has an existing warranty. Obviously it doesn't.
