I really don’t want to get rid of this truck, but I recently bought a 3rd Gen due to having to travel more for work. This is a hoss of a truck and is set up great for farm work, hunting or just sporting around town. I’ve owned the truck for 7 years and its spent most of the time sitting in the garage. I have not abused the truck whatsoever, but it is used. Overall its in very solid shape. Check out the youtube video below to see more detail.

  • 5.9L Cummins Turbo Diesel with 76,000 original miles
  • 6” spring lift w/ 37” BFG Baja T/A tires (85-90% tread)
  • NV4500 Transmission, 5-speed manual
  • South Bend Con-OFE clutch
  • 2000 Quad cab seats front and back - interior in very good condition
  • Factory custom 36” cab extension (side windows added later)
  • 4.10 axles with limited slip rearend
  • DMI spring cushion bumper. I’ve piggy-backed a second tractor bar on this thing so you can run a standard trailer receiver in it, very handy & beefy.
  • Entire truck rhino lined, inside & out. The exterior of the truck had an additional polyurethane clear coat sprayed so that the rhino liner will not fade or "chalk" with time. The bed is sprayed double thick. This was professionally sprayed, not a home job.
  • Hood stack with 3.5” straight pipe routed through dynomax bullet muffler. The hood on the truck now is not rhino lined. I do have the rhino lined hood to match the truck and it does not have a hole cut in it for the hood stack. The spare hood comes with the truck
  • Warn hubs - 4wd works great
  • Amsoil fluids
  • The camper topper shown in the pics is in very good shape. We can negotiate on that later if the winning bidder wants it or I may just throw it in the deal if the price is right….

Motor: I estimate the truck has around 300 hp / 600 torque

  • HTT stage III compressor housing upgrade
  • 12cm waste gated exhaust housing
  • POD injectors
  • Big Honkin Air Filter with Outerwears cover
  • Straight intake
  • Ground fuel pin
  • It has a pump set up for water injection, but I don’t have it hooked up
  • No intercooler

A few cons:

  • Needs front axle seal on driver side
  • Turn signals not working
  • A/C not working
  • There is about 18” on the driver side of the cab at the bottom that is rusted. The rhino liner covers it so its not visible, but it is rusted. The rest of the truck is solid including floor pans, top of the roof at the wind shield, frame and all of the fenders.
  • A couple other odds & ends typical for an older truck….

This thing gets 18 mpg running 60-65 mph on open roads. That is, of course, unless you’re rolling coal out of that hood stack! I’ve listed everything I can think of here. Feel free to shoot me any questions you may have. Thanks
