1963 Dodge Polara 1963 Additional Info:

For sale is my 1963 Dodge 440. In my opinion, the 440 has the nicest trim package out of all of the 63s. This was built to go to local shows, go to the strip, and cruise around town. The paint and body is nice and strait. It's not a concurs 100 point restoration but it is nice enough to take to local car shows. The color is the new Dodge B5 blue also known as surf blue. There is a lot of metallic and pearls in it and its is beautiful. The front bumper has been rechromed, a lot of the trim has been polished. The undercarriage is clean. The interior is done with great taste.
Mechanical-
Engine: 440 was bored 30 over. with TRW 11:1 forged pistons, Eagle rods, Racer Brown hydraulic cam (.520 lift), Edelbrock RPM Performer intake, rebuilt Holley 750 double pumper, Mopar windage tray, heads have been ported to a Stage 2 for extra power, new springs and valves, Mopar rockers, the motor was torque plated, balanced and all clearances checked. Mopar electronic ignition, the big Hooker Headers-ceramic coded, new aluminum radiator, aluminum water pump housing, billet pulleys, and Holley electric fuel pump. Less than 100 miles on drivetrain. Never raced.
The 727 transmission was rebuilt with heavy duty bands, has deep tranny pan, BM floor shifter, and a 3500 stall torque converter.
Suspension: rebuilt front suspension using a Moog kit, new master cylinder, brake lines, disk brakes. It has SS rear springs, 4.11 Sure Grip, and 17 wheels with Goodyear RS-As. Rebuilt steering gearbox.
The car is really nice, I think it would be nearly impossible to build the car for what I am trying to sale it for. It does have a couple of needs: missing the back-up lights in rear valance, when I had the car painted, the body-man didn't fill the spot weld holes in the rear wheel housing lip-in picture (can easily be fixed with wheel well moldings), and as I stated above, this car was also built to go down the track (I never raced this car) but it does it need a mufflers. I do have the original radio!
The car is located in Loveland Colorado 80538
IF YOU BUY IT NOW, I WILL INCLUDE A SET OF CHEATER RADIAL SLICKS FOR THE 17 IN WHEELS- COST over $500
