1964 Dodge Coronet 440 Custom Additional Info:

This is a seriously great old car with incredible sheet metal and all original almost everything. It is a 53 year old time capsule pulled from the garage of the 83 year old son of the man who bought it new after his garage caught fire. It has some paint damaged from heat, and the seal on the passenger vent window is partially melted, but window still operates fine. The motor purrs like a kitten and the cool push button tranny works great. Heater will burn your eyebrows (or other hair etc) off if you want it to, no A/C on this old girl. Rear seat is in awesome shape, front not great, but still sits okay, needs some new springs and a recover, but its all there. Turn signals, headlights all work fine, as does the horn, and other gauges except the speedo, can hear not great sounds coming from the speedo cable, so a replace will hopefully fix issues with that. People are amazed by the shape this car is in for never having been touched, but definitely used, it is covered underneath with heavy duty undercoating still covering most of the parts. Any issues with this car can be easily fixed by someone with some skills or a few bucks to cover a good mechanic or body guy, and a sweet old classic is ready to cruise. I do not want to sell this, but am not in a place in life where I will be able to do much of anything with it for a long time, and letting it sit in my garage isn't an option as I need the space, and don't want it to rot outside as it deserves better, it is a joy to drive. If you are looking to find a cool old car not every one else has and are on a budget this is a good way to enter into this world.
