1969 Datsun SRL311 Roadster Additional Info:

I’m selling my 1969 Datsun 2000 SLR 311 fairlady Roadster. We actually own three of these cars. They can be a lot of fun. They’re one of the best built smaller cars in its day. They have a full X frame underneath adding a lot of strength. They also have a good brake system with disc brakes in the front and aluminum drums in the back. They also have a decent suspension as well. They also have pretty amazing power as well.

I purchased this Datsun in this exact condition. Bought with intentions of rebuilding it. But unfortunately I just don’t have the time. The car is really solid, frame, floors, and body are really in descent shape. I believe the passenger fender needs might to be adjusted and straightened out to fix the gap between the door and front fender. The only thing is that the previous owner panted the car with a spray can and covered everything in the engine bay red. It does come with the original 2.0 engine. Which is still mounted on an engine stand from previous owner. Which he said that he would start it every now and then. Haven’t tried to start it since we purchased the car. It also comes with two 5 speed manual transmissions in parts. There is also misc parts in the truck as well. I’m not stating that this is a complete car with all the parts to put it back together. I’m really just not sure if it’s mostly there.

This car is sold as is. I do have the right to end auction early if I wish to. No personal checks will be excepted. PayPal, Cashiers Check, Bank transfer and Cash is excepted as payment. Car stays in my possession until car is fully paid. Shipping is buyers responsible. Good Luck bidding on this rare piece of history. Please email me with any questions you might have. If you would like to arrange a time to come see the car in person, please don’t hesitate to ask.
