The Datsun 240Z was a turning point for Japanese automakers. This car proved The Land of the Rising Sun could compete in a sports car market rife with British roadsters and muscular Detroit iron. For those who desire a bit of classic motoring with Far East reliability, look no further. This true, series one, 1970,240Z is finished in a repainted Sunset Orange over black interior. An L28 engine block but a non numbers matching engine has been fitted. Many enthusiasts consider the N47 head a welcomed upgrade. Arizona car, same owner since 1986. Car has been repainted from its original orange but presents nicely. Evidence of its original orange color can be found with the wheel arches and engine compartment. The car has recently benefitted from around$2,500worth of maintenance and upgrades. New bushings on the suspension and steering rack have been installed. Clutch has been adjusted. A tune-up and oil change has been performed. All lights are in working order.
