1969 Datsun Other Roadster Additional Info:

1969 Datsun 2000 Roadster with matching numbers (frame, engine, and body match). This project is close to complete. I am relocating for work and must sell the vehicle immediately as I will no longer have space for the project. My loss is your gain. I am selling the vehicle with NO RESERVE. The vehicle has been worked on and stored in a heated garage.

The car was built from the frame up. The body was painted off of the frame. The interior should be redone, but most of the interior pieces are included.

This car has the original U20 engine with SU carbs. The engine runs and drove great when I used it before the build. New clutch and new fuel pump internals. The engine has not had its final tune yet. The transmission will not shift into fourth gear, but I am including a second transmission that can be swapped in. The second transmission ran great the last time I used it.

What you see is what you get. The parts that are provided, and many of the parts used in the build, are original, used parts. Most are in good condition. The brake lines and fuel line are new. The brakes have been rebuilt. There are some light scratches on the windows - I have extras if you think they are in better condition and want them. If you have specific questions about what parts you will need, please let me know. If there are random basic parts you need and I have them, I am happy to include them. A non-exhaustive list of items that will be needed includes the windshield, e-brake linkage, windshield washer system, and other miscellaneous parts.

Included used parts:

-Second transmission (the spare engine shown in the photo with the second transmission is NOT included)

- 2 Soft Top Front Bow Finishers, two soft top frames (one black and one metallic), latches for soft top.

- windshield wipers

- Softtop posties & Softtop Twisties (some of which are already installed)

- Rear Deck Tear Drop Fastener

- trunk weather stripping

- interior panels, shifter plate, e-brake boot, seat belts

-used chrome body trim (except trim for rear quarter panels)

-use chrome windshield trim (except for one small corner piece)

- used aluminum door and sill trim (including many extra pieces – some still need to be cleaned)

The odometer lists 24,377 miles, but I have no way of verifying if this is the true mileage due to the age of the vehicle.

This vehicle is sold with a bill of sale only. This is from a non-title state (NH) for vehicles over 15 years old. I never registered the car as I built it from scratch. This vehicle is being sold AS IS, as shown.
