1936 Cord replica
Up for auction is a 1936 Cord replica convertible. The body is a SAMCO. Built in 1968. The odometer only shows 698 miles. The title shows actual miles 637. This car came with a Ford drive train 302 cid with a holly 2 bbl & C4 automatic trans. Power steering & power brakes. Very strong mechanical car, this car will drive anywhere. It was kind of a barn find for us, because the car was hardly used at all. But as you can see the paint is cracking and should be repainted. Bumpers are very nice. The positives are the way the car runs and everything works. The wire rims show chrome fades from the years of time in storage. The top is nice but the rear window is dis-colored. The wide white wall tires are like new. The wood dash is very nice and works well with the wood banjo steering wheel. The seats are vinyl and look like new front and rear. Carpets are very clean and nice. This car is Registered as a 1968 no smog is required. I have a clean California title and all registered. We also set a low reserve because we are serious about selling the car. Any questions please call me at 408-768-7647 or 408-615-1454. I can help assist with a shipper of your choice. I also have a recommendation.
