1959 Chrysler Imperial Additional Info:

This is a beautiful 1959 Chrysler Imperial 4 dr Hardtop. It features the futuristic design of the future from back in the day. it has been owned by the same man since 1976. the car does run and drive however, it does need brake work done... there is NO brake booster in the car. The E-Brake does work. Tnahe car is factory loaded with the futuristic swivel front driver & passenger seats as well as "Auto Pilot" which I am sure is cruise control. it does have power windows and seats as well as front & rear A/C. It does have the clock power steering and a big 413 V* with push button transmission. The body is extremely straight and the car has been in TX its whole life up until 1 month ago when we had it shipped to Jacksonville Beach, FL. The majority of the car is SOLID however, the man lived on a dirt road and the outer rockers picked up dirt over the years which eventually aided in the rusting o those areas. The original floors and trunk are solid. There is an area on the right front bumper and just below each side of the rear glass that does have some rust. ALL the glass in the ENTIRE car is in very nice condition and so is all the trim. The original interior is in really nice condition and the car was driven until 2008 when the brake issue developed and it was just to much for the elderly man to deal with... (he is 98 now)

This is an absolute beauty to restore and will be a real show stopper. if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask as I will be more than happy to answer any and all questions.
