Up for auction is a 1970 Chevelle Malibu Sport Coupe that has spent the majority of its life in Tampa, Florida. It is Misty Turquoise with black vinyl interior.

The original build sheet shows that it was delivered by the Freeman Motor Car Company in Tampa, Florida. This is a four owner car documented by copies of the titles from all of the owners. The original owner bought the car in November of 1969 and kept it until June of 2003.

This car exterior and interior has been kept mostly original, the rust free body has been repainted the correct Misty Turquoise and optioned with a black vinyl top.

All of the chrome is in very good condition and the chassis is very solid and also rust free. The body panels appear to be original, and the rear quarter panels have the original part number stamps and can be seen in the pictures.

The interior is in very good condition, the carpet is new, but the other components seem to be original, including all of the seat belts and shoulder belts.

The car is well optioned with:

The engine has been replaced with a detailed 383 cubic inch small block Chevy stroker, which has Vortec heads with roller rockers, Edlebrock Performer intake, Holley carburetor, headers and Flowmaster exhaust system. The car runs and sounds fantastic.

The original 350 V8 engine is also included with the purchase and can be seen in the pictures.

This is a great looking and driving Malibu, a unique color and the overall appearance with just the right stance and wheel combination. It has 15” Rally wheels with 225/15 tire up front and 255/15 in the rear with black vinyl interior.
