1989 Chevrolet Corvette Additional Info:

1989 Chevy Corvette Convertible with Automatic transmission.
The car has 165K miles, it came out of California so solid car. The car has basically been restored.
Body: The paint is in good condition, it does have some scratches and small fiberglass cracks but shines well. I would classify it as a paint job you are not afraid to drive but still looks good. New convertible top with all new weatherstripping. All door and other weatherstripping has also been changed. Front light motors and gears have been rebuilt and all other lights have been changed.
Interior: The seats have been re upholstered, new side carpets with plastic corvette door guards. New floor mats, new wood inserts in dash and center counsel. Door window wear parts have been changed. New Pioneer stereo system with small amp and new factory size speakers, new power antenna as well. New dash mat, center counsel padded cover and steering wheel. New hood shocks and locks.
Engine/Mechanical: The engine is extremely clean, I am not sure if it has been rebuilt or not but even inside the valve covers looks clean as well. Tuned port injection system that has rebuilt with new updated bosch injectors, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, and fuel pump assembly. The engine does have aluminum heads which most of the convertible cars had. Ignition tune up, rebuilt cooling system, new smog pump, power steering pump, belt as well as other common wear items.
Rebuild AC compressor with R12 refrigerant in system. The transmission has been serviced as well.
Suspension/brakes: New tires on factory wheels, new brake booster, master cylinder, pads, rotors. New wheel bearing on all 4 wheels, new shocks, new u joints.
The cat converter has also been removed and replaced with a straight pipe so if you have smog requirements you may need to replace it.
I have lots of extra parts that go with the car. I have several manuals and repair manuals. There are more things that have been repaired/changed so I probably missed some in my description.
The car runs and drives great, this is a nice C4 corvette. Only selling due to not driving much and am building another project.
The car is sold as is with no warranty and inspection is welcome and recommended so you know exactly what you are getting. I also have it listed locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early.
