This 1950 Chevrolet 3100 is a full custom build with sleek chopped body, loaded leather interior, and a nice fuel-injected V8 heart. It all makes for a high-quality package on a head-turning street machine pickup.
This Chevy really has a nice look that's meaner than most. The black paint sets the tone correctly with a deep and glossy finish that makes the truck both attractive and mysterious. Adding to this aura is how it's a full blackout package. The color-matched grille, black bumpers, frenched headlights, and black tonneau cover all give this a full midnight look. There's also added sleekness with two inches chopped from the cab. There's also deleted trim, shaved door handles, and a louvered tailgate to give this the look of a slick custom. It fires up readily like a good FI machine should, and the rather straight dual exhaust pipes make a terrific sound. This was built to be a fine driver, and so the suspension has been upgraded with an independent front end and coilovers in the rear. Plus, there's a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes w/disc up front.
