1971 Chevrolet Chevelle Additional Info:

1971 chevelle SS. Numbers match 350 engine, Muncie transmission, 12 bolt rear. Original build sheet in tact and framed. Original yellow with black stripes. This car runs and drives but is in need of a full restoration and drivetrain overhaul. What you see is what you get, it’s rusty but it’s complete and it’s the real deal! The car was sold brand new in my home town and I knew the original owner. I’m the 3rd owner of the car, I always planned to restore but I have too many other cars and I am now moving out of state. Car has been stored inside for about 25 years. The cabin floors are fairly solid, the trunk floor is rotted out. The original heads, Intake and carb were removed by the original owner. The carb and intake are in the trunk, but original heads are not with the car. He also did something strange with an aftermarket shifter with the console, I’m not sure what’s going on there. I have the registration for the car, as New York didn’t have titles pre 1979. The car needs a lot of work but wow! You just don’t find them like this and with a build sheet anymore!
