Here we have a for sale a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro COPO L72. This is a beautiful car that has lengthy history dating back 40 years. It was sold new at Queen City Chevrolet in Ohio and was later bought by Jay Nixon who restored the car in 1982. This car was featured in Super Chevy 1984 along with being owned by multiple collectors like Reggie Jackson and Cecil Fielder. It comes with the MacNeish Certification of Authenticity and will make every Camaro fan understand the true meaning of Love. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and driveline of this Ford but first we would like to tell you a little about us.

We will start off with the exterior of this COPO. When you walk around it there is no denying how amazing the body is. Every panel is rock solid and has a near flawless fit with all the body lines and gaps being near perfect. This was an original Hugger Orange car that was changed by Mr. Nixon in '82. It is now covered in the Tuxedo Black Paint that has a been buffed and polished to a mirror finish. When you look down the sides, you'll see a gorgeous reflection that shows off the arrow straight body. All the Glass in this Camaro is excellent along with the seals. This '69 has the Endura front bumper of course that looks great and it has the Chrome rear bumpers that has a brilliant shine. All the window trim and rocker molding is in excellent condition as well and has been cleaned and polished. To finish off the look it is sitting on the original XT Coded Steel Wheels that are Painted Black and have Goodyear White Letter Tires.
Next, we will look at the interior of this L72. On the inside it is also done in Black with the Bucket Seats that are in great condition along with the rear seat. The door panels all look excellent in this Camaro and the windows go up and down with ease. This Camaro has the Four Speed with the Hurst Shifter. This of course is a radio delete car, and it comes with the Woodgrain Steering Wheel. The Speedometer and Fuel Gauges are in great condition and working. You will also notice the dash pad looks excellent as well and has a great fit. The carpet and headliner also have a great fit and it has the over shoulder belts that store next to the headliner. Inside the trunk is all solid with all the jams being excellent along with the weather stripping. It is detailed with the Splatter paint and has the spare as well.
Finally, we will get to the heartbeat of this Chevrolet. Under the hood it is powered by the MN coded 427-425 HP L72 Engine that's mated to the Matching Numbers M21 Muncie 4 Speed Trans and the 12 Bolt Posi Rear with 4.56 Gears. The engine is set up with the correct Winters Rectangle Port Intake 3933163 Casting and the Holley 3959164-GE Carburetor. It is dressed in the correct Breather and Air Cleaner that seals to the ZL2 Optioned Cowl Hood. For exhaust it has the correct 3909879 & 3916178 manifolds with dual pipes and the Cross-Flow Muffler. This Camaro comes with standard steering and Power Brakes with Disc on the front that feature the correct 633 Calipers along with drums on the rear. To keep it cool it has the Correct 00 Coded Harrison Radiator that is dated C 1969. When you look under this Camaro, you're sure to be impressed as it features the original floors that are all in excellent condition. The Subframe is all solid along with the rear frame rails and shock towers.
