This auction is for a 1994 Chevy Silverado 2500 6.5 turbo diesel 4x4 ext cab short bed. It's the rare heavy half ton version with 6 lug wheels and 2500 emblems. This truck is very original and very nice. It's never had a fifth wheel installed and the cab and bed line up perfect indicating it's never been driven hard enough to twist the frame causing misalignment. The interior is in excellent shape with very little wear and still has that distinct 88-94 interior smell. Everything works perfect. I bought this truck from an older gentleman who parked it years ago when the trans went out. He said he was the second owner. I have a clean Illinois title issued in 1998. This truck is extremely original, untouched and very clean. It does have some rust that needs to be repaired on the extended cab lower sections. Absolutely no rust above any of the wheel wells. Motor sounds great but tranny is shot. No reverse and the forward gears feel bound up. Gas gauge doesn't work. It has 238,xxx miles. It will pull itself on a trailer.
