1960 Chevrolet Impala Parkwood Additional Info:

Up for auction is a 1960 Chevrolet Impala Parkwood Station Wagon. This is a dry western car. Originally from Wyoming. It has been in Michigan for a few years and always parked during winter months.

The body is very solid. The floors, frame and body mounts are fine too.

The paint is driver quality. Bumpers and trim all intact. There are, however, are some dings in the rear side body moldings. These parts are available.

The car originally was a V-8 automatic but the 283 that is in it is not the original engine. This engine was rebuilt a few years ago. It has a 4-barrel carburetor, dual exhaust and HEI electronic ignition. The two-speed power glide was rebuilt at the same time. Both engine and trans operate just as they should.

The car has new drum brakes all around.

The car has new seat covers, new carper and new headliner. The dash is in really nice shape. The glass is great. The sun visors are off but come with the car. The door panels need to be recovered as do the arm rests.
