1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS Additional Info:

This time capsule, survivor, rare and original SS/RS 396/325 HP, M-20 4-speed, 765-Z Deluxe interior, J-50 & J-52 Power Disk Brake, Rectangular radius rod, 1967 Camaro was a one owner car until 2012 and a one family owned Camaro until May of 2015. This Camaro was stored inside and not used from around 1978 until 2015 due to 3 broken lifters/flat cam, and has only 55,529 original miles. The Camaro was assembled at the Van Nuys plant on the 3rd week of May 1967 and was bought new at Frontier Chevrolet in Billings, Montana on June 7th 1967. I purchased this Camaro in May of 2015.

This Camaro is almost completely original and as built by Chevrolet aside from a fresh and nearly flawless repaint in the original Madeira Maroon PPG Base/Clear, new Coker D70-14 bias ply red stripe tires, rear package tray, AMD bumpers (have the originals), shocks, weather-strip, exhaust, clutch (have original), master cylinder, water pump, & some common maintenance items. The lower fender and fender well RS trim was replaced with NOS trim (Have the originals) & NOS wheel trim rings were installed as the originals were missing. The Interior has had 2 upper panels replaced on the top of the rear seat back and one small panel on the driver's seat bottom, (door side) and it has a repo shift ball (I have the original but the threads are weak). The 396 Cross Flags on the side of the fenders and the SS gas cap were also replaced with Trim Parts emblems (Have originals but they are faded)

All of the sheet metal, interior, engine, carburetor, upper radiator hose (have the lower hose but it has hardened up), tower clamps, Muncie M-20 transmission, 12 bolt posi rear end, DG rally wheels, glass, keys, trim, etc. etc. are as it came from the factory in 1967. This Camaro had never been taken apart or messed with. We had to remove the engine/ trans to clean and to replace the camshaft, lifters and timing chain (I have the originals), check the cylinders and bottom end of the engine, and I had the original cylinder heads gone through and hardened seats installed, other than that the 396 is as it came in the car in 1967 including the complete bottom end, intake / exhaust manifolds & flapper, oil pan, dip stick, valve covers, distributor, coil, starter, alternator etc. etc. The Original production line chalk marks are still on the firewall and all throughout the car. Documentation includes the POP, Owner's manual, original title, and complete 3 owner history. Picture documentation available. I rarely ever drive this car due to its originality and I am selling to free up some room for the next one.

I would consider a trade/partial trade - either up /down for only the following (Prefer Non-Numbers Matching so I can drive it):

1. 1967 Corvette.

2. 1971 Barracuda / Cuda.

3. 1967 Camaro.
