I'm selling a beautiful 1967 Chevy Chevelle SS396, a true american muscle car that is highly respected in the classic car world. She is a real Super Sport (SS) 138 Vin car with a non-matching 396 (402 Block out of a 69 SS Chevelle) Big Block mounted to a matching to the car Th400 automatic transmission and a 12 Bolt Posi rear end. She is a true head turner and draws crowds where ever she goes. She starts right up, runs great, drives like a beast that she is and stops great. The engine is fully built less then 300 miles on it with a nice cam along with other mods that were added to beef up the horses and help smoke rubber on command. She is putting out about 400+ hp (if not more) and burns rubber on at a tap of a gas pedal. She sounds amazing with headers and true 3" dual exhaust. The matching to the car Th400 automatic trans shift nice and goes through all the gears as it should. The 12 Bolt Posi Rear end is brand new with 3.55 gears (great for cruising) and less then 100 miles on it if that. The body is in great shape and Matador red paint shines beautifully. The black interior is in near mint condition with almost everything replaced in the last couple of years or less, from front and back seats to new carpet, new headliner, new front and back door panels, and other interior pieces. The frame is in good shape and floors along with trunk pan was replaced too. Right before the summer I replaced mostly all the moldings, badges, ss hood louvers, mirrors, door handles, both bumpers and other exterior trim pieces. Doors, trunk and hood close as should. New weather stripping was replaced all around to seal tight and keep the water out. She does have powers steering for easy handling. She rides nice and tight, not all over the place. She is missing the wiper motor at the moment as the old one was taken out as it stopped working and when new wiring was put it I never got the chance to buy the motor and install it. All the lights work as the should
This is a truly one of a kind great iconic American muscle car that will only go up in value. A real Super Sport 138 Vin Chevelle's are very rare and extremely hard to find. This one is fully built and ready to go. She always turns heads every where she goes and draws a crowd when you start her up.
