This 1977 Corvette L82 Automatic is super clean. The car came from Florida and was sold here in Ohio in late 1996. It has always been garaged since then.The car is loaded with power windows steering and brakes. It also features a tilt and telescopic steering wheel. The matching number L82 engine sounds great and has plenty of power! The interior is very nice for the age of the car and has no major defects. I have replaced all of the brake calipers with brand new made in the USA stainless steel sleeved ones from Bair's Corvettes. Also new brake pads and made in the USA rubber hoses. All The fluids were also changed. The rear end was also rebuilt by Bair's Corvettes. The frame is in Excellent shape and super solid. New white wall radial tires make for a super comfortable ride.The car is painted a pearl white and has a beautiful blue leather interior and plush carpet. The radio was replaced with a very power cd player unit and rear speakers were also added. I just took the car on a 120 mile trip and was truly a joy to drive. Body- The body is in excellent condition and has no cracks or major defects. The car was originally blue from the factory and was repainted a pearl white color. The front bumper was resprayed due to stone chips and the top of the rear bumper was also touched up on the very top. There are a few touch up spots here and there but not many. There is a mark on the passenger side window from the windshieldwiper and a small mark on the driver's side. Not terrible all the glass is good. All of the lights work.Interior- The blue leather interior is great condition and original. All of the controls and knobs are present and not broken or missing. The heater works but the fan speed only works on the high setting not the medium or low. The air conditioning components are all hooked up but I never had the unit recharged. There a spot on the top of the dash board the was repaired about an inch long.The radio was replaced with a more modern CD player and four speakers were added. It sounds great! The carpet is in great condition along with the seat belts. None of the plastic is broken or missing.Drivetrain- The L82 350c.u. runs strong and sounds great. The catalyticconverter was removed along with the heat riser mechanism. This makes the car sound much better. The TH400 shifts strong and the rear end was recently rebuilt. All of the replacement brake calipers and rubber hoses are USA made. The master cylinder was also replaced from Bair's Corvettes. The power steering unit was also recently replaced and the car has new tires.Payment and Pickup -I have this Corvette for sale locally and reserve the right to end the auction at any time. The mileage on the car may increase as local people will want to test drive. The car can be picked up by a large transporter as I live near Interstate access.
