1990 Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1 Additional Info:

1990 Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1 24k Miles - Serial Number 221 - Build Sheet - Window Sticker - $60k New (Please note: If you happen to be viewing this vehicle on a website other than our main website, it's possible that only some of our many photographs of this car are presented due to website limitations. To be sure you access all the photographs, please go to our main website: Garage Kept Motors.) Garage Kept Motors is pleased to offer this... rare 1990 ZR-1 Corvette with just 24k original miles. Based on the last digits of the VIN number, this car was number 221 of only 3,049 produced total. The original window sticker reads $60,590.00 for original purchase price and was delivered to Chevrolet's Central Office in Warren, MI, first acquired by a Detroit Area dealer, as many of the early production ZR-1's were. The car was ordered in Bright Red over a Black Leather interior. It comes with ALL the original documentation and ZR-1 memorabilia, including the service manual, owners manual, ZR-1 box, ZR-1 key chain, window sticker, build sheet, all sets of keys, and even the ZR-1 VHS tape. The car is outfitted with all the standard Corvette equipment but then add the upgraded ZR-1 Performance Package for $27k. This package included a 375hp 5.7L V8, staggered ZR-17 tires with aluminum wheels, ZR-1 rear facia and stop lamps, performance handling package, ZR-1 side body panels, selective ride and handling package, 6-way power seats, solar glass, and a Delco/Bose Gold Series stereo system. $60k was a big price tag in 1990. But you got a lot of power for your money. In fact, the C4's were so dominant in the SCCA race circuit that they were eventually kicked out of the Stock GT class and forced to create their own series, known at the Corvette Challenge. If you've ever driven one, with the power switch on full, you know. For those that haven't, its an amazing experience, especially pushing 375hp through the 6-speed gearbox. This car remains all original from the day it rolled off the Bowling Green assembly plant. With only 24k miles, the right color combination, and a serial numbered car in a small production batch, this is a great Corvette collector piece. It remains in excellent condition inside and out, plus comes with all the original documentation and extras. Be sure to check out all the photos and video on our main website: Garage Kept Motors.
