Up for auction is a clean, nicely updated 1967 Chevy Chevelle Wagon. It was produced in Freemont Ca. in the 4th week of October. Vin and trim tag show it to be V-8 Concours Series. In 67 there were 403,963 Chevelle/Malibus produced. Only 6,299 were Concours wagons. It does not have the original motor. It currently has a healthy 383 small block with Hedman Headers, 4 barrel carb, MSD ignition, and a Dominator intake. I do not know what was added internally. The trans has a shift kit, no stall, and is wired to the MSD and shifts out when locked in low. The car is no dog. Posi rear end and plenty of power and great rumble. I did not check the ratio but after putting some miles on it, I would guess 373. It stops well, front disk and rear drum. The car was lowered. There were no control arm changes or alterations, just shorter springs. The vehicle underwent a frame off restoration in the recent past and the bottom side looks fantastic.

The body of the car looks great. The 2-tone maroon and silver metallic paint look good. The color combo and the stance real set it off. The left fender has some chips where the hood rubbed it at one time and the hood has a small dent in the center. Someone forgot to measure twice on the air cleaner stud. The Quarters and fenders are straight, wheel wells, gate and door bottoms are not swollen. Rockers are straight and solid. The bottom of the car looks fantastic. The door gaps, trunk, hood, and body lines line up nicely. The trim is good shape, showing a little bit of age. The interior was done nicely. 4 late model leather bucket were added and the cargo area was finished in wood plank, The windows all operate however they are slow up and down. Three after market gauges were added underneath the dash, only the oil pressure gauge is functioning, A center console was added with a AM/FM/CD/USB radio. There are 2 center speakers and a sub in the back, recessed in the left trim panel near the wheel well.
