1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Custom Built 2 door Sedan Additional Info:

Make an offer! I'm listing this for a friend from Suttons Bay MI, who is in his late 70s and ready to sell this car.

This is a beautiful '57 with a really nice stance and a great color! It is a 210 with some Bel Air trimnpainted Porsche red. It was done many years ago by Interiors by Shannon. Check that web site and see the level of the work they are doing now. I'll be posting more details but the pictures tell the story.

There is a lot of chrome under the hood and the car is really clean. It has a built 400 small block with a mild cam and hydraulic lifters. The transmission is a turbo 400 3 speed automatic. The rear end is a 10 bolt from a Camaro. Power brakes have been added with Disc Brake front & drum rear. 17" American Racing mag wheels. Aftermarket Air Conditioning has also been added.

The paint still looks amazing but does have a touched up paint chip on the drivers side fender. There is some paint lifting at the front edge of the hood. This is shown clearly in the images below. Check all the images below. It appears that a trunk pan was replaced and doesn't line up perfectly as you can see in images of the underside of the car. There is also some patching to the floor pan. The entire floor and trunk is lined with sound deadener under the carpet. The outer body panels are not showing any evidence of body work and are super straight.

This car was built in Atlanta and restored in Alabama so it is a southern car. This was supposedly a solid body before it was redone. Text or call 217-827-1173 or email through ebay. If you would like to speak with the owner about this car, I can give you Roger's number. We're open to any offers and you aren't going to hurt our feelings so offer away.
