1989 Chevrolet G20 Van Additional Info:

Up for auction is a 1989 Chevrolet G20 3/4 ton cargo van. I bought this to make into an Ateam van but my plans have changed. I searched tirelessly for this van as it has the following feastures
This has a 5.7 liter V8 with a four speed transmission. The interior and exterior is exactly identical to the 1983 GMC vandura that the Ateam used on the tv show. This truck also is the five lug wheel pattern and the heavier 3/4 ton chasis. It also has gray interior just like the tv show. My plans were to fix the body rocker panels and fill in the glass on the slider door. Just to find a van with all of these features was extremely impossible, let alone to have the correct back doors with glass windows and the sliding side door.
The truck has sat for awhile thus why I am selling it. I just don't have the time to complete the project so it is time to pass it along to someone else. The truck had Brand new Cooper tires put on it about four years ago, had a tune up, new blower motor, brakes were great, etc.
Right now I think it needs passenger window work to have the pull go up and down. It does have the optional Air conditioning so the vents are correct for the ateam van. This one does not have a working AC system, thus another item to need to be repaired. I have a GMC grill with a crack in it and a folding down sofa couch for the back that I can include with the sale. it will be two less parts needed for your new project. I looked all over for years to find this van, time to hand it off to someone else who can complete the project.
