1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Additional Info:

This restoration was recently finished with a fortune spent, but sadly it has to go. It is part of my Chevelle collection and i've rarely driven it. Clean title in hand. Southern car that spent its whole life away from road salt and snow and it shows. The car has gone from Georgia, to South Carolina, and for the last year North Carolina. Built in Atlanta.
1970 Chevelle, black with white stripes (correct shape and dimensionstripesfor a 1970 built after june 1st, this car being built 2nd week of june). Completely restored with zero rust, almost all original GM sheet metal. Quarter panels are 100% factory 1970 steel. Body work, paint and clear are excellent, which it has to be with black paint.
454 engine, fully rebuilt
M21 Muncie transmission, fully rebuilt
12 bolt 3.31 posi rear end, fully rebuilt
Front and rear sway bar. HD suspension. Power disc brakes in front. Power steering
Original wiring harness was removed, restored, and re-installed. Zero funny business with the wiring. New alternator, new voltage regulator, new horn relay.
Has factory AC, converted to 134A refrigerant with modern compressor and upgraded condenser for ice cold air.
Black bucket interior with console and SS gauges dash.
All new weatherstripping and window felts. Doors open and close great.
The trunk pans are so untouched they still have the factory sprayed spatter paint (I thought that looked better than a new spray)

Has new factory fit radio but with aux input
I do not have a build sheet for the car (if this car had a build sheet, it's price would close to 6 figures). With no build sheet, you can't verify the originality of a 70 SS, so I will not claim this is a factory true SS car. It might be, but without the sheet, I can't verify it. The 12 bolt rear is original to the car. The Vin and body tag show its a factory sport coupe, and only sport coupes could be an SS.
