1962 Chevrolet Nova Wagon Additional Info:

1962 the first year for the Chevy II and I have yet to see another 62 wagon at a car show. This is a great dependable car with lots of eye appeal I've had the car for the last 6 years and have had a blast in it. We have been to several out of town car shows with no issues. The paint is very shiny but does have a few rough spots in it here and there. I have tried to point those out in the pictures. It is what I would consider driver quality, but that's what makes the car so much fun is that you can drive it. The interior is in good condition, the front door panels and seat were recovered by the prior owner but the rear fold down seat and door panels are original. The headliner is in great shape. It has a billet steering wheel and aftermarket gages. Also comes with an aftermarket center console which is very nice. I have done several upgrades over the years such as• New windshield
• New door handles• New front and rear bumpers• New gas tank• KYB shocks on front and air shocks on rear• Changed the 4 lug wheels over to 5 and put Boyd Coddington gray 5 spoke wheels on• New GM front disc brakes and rear drums rebuilt• Installed later model 10 bolt rearend with 3:08 gears• The whole front end has been completely rebuilt• Installed CPP front coil springs• Installed the CPP mini subframe kit that eliminates the strut rods and now has tubular lower control arms• CPP oversize swaybar• 307 engine rebuilt standard bore with comp extreme energy 268 cam, 305 HO heads completely rebuilt with all new components and has Crane Gold roller rockers, Edelbrock EPS intake with Summit 650 carb and HEI ignition• Turbo 350 with Hughes 2500 stall converterI'm sure there's more I'm forgetting but this car runs, drives and sounds awesome. It just needs someone to get it and take it out more than I do now. I do not have a title for this car as they are not required in Alabama.
