1971 Chevrolet Chevelle Additional Info:

1971 Chevelle SS Clone. Vehicle has been completely gone through. Has new paint including some cool ghost flames on the cowl induction hood. The 572 big block was built by White Performance and has less than a 1000 miles on it. Its a beast with over 800 foot pounds of torque. It runs on pump fuel and I have had no problems with it overheating in the summer. I put the best radiator I could buy with dual fans and it runs about 195 on a hot day. It has a brand new NostalgicA/C unit installed but has never been charged. As you can see by the pictures it has chrome everything under the hood. The transmission is a turbo 400 andhas been completely rebuilt as has the chevy 12 bolt posi-track rear end. It has brand new disc brakes all the way around. The suspension has been gone through and a brand new air ride suspension has been installed.I had custom offset wheels built and put brand new rubber all the way around. Interior is really nice. I did install a new chrome tilt steering column. It could use a new headliner soI purchased one but never got it installed. I was also was going to put a new vinyl top on it and I have it also just needs put on. The one on it is fine just wasn't stretched right. I'm surethere are things that I'm missing but as you can tell there was no money spared on this car. It is a real head turner and showwinner. Here are the basics on the engine. It has a newDart block Scatcrankshaft wit a 4.3750 stroke Scat H-Beam rods Wiseco 10.5:1 high performance pistons Mahle moly rings AFR aluminum heads 325cc Comp cam Howards Max Effort lifters Cloyes race billet double roller timing set and Scorpion Endurance Series rockers. Iput a rev limiter and fuel to air ratio monitoring systemalong with aexhaust evac system on the car. I did have the car appraised and my reserve is well below the appraisal.
