1968 Chevrolet Camaro vinyl Additional Info:

This is a 1968 Camaro project car that I have not had time to finish.
Engine code MA 327 210 horsepower manual transmissionExterior paint code U2 Lemans Blue Metallic with black vinyl roofInterior code 717 blue vinylNorwood, Ohio assembly plant
This car was stripped by the previous owner to bare metal and given a light coat of self etching primer and then some gray primer in most exterior areas. I started the body work sanding at the sail panels and trunk filler panel. No other body filler is on the body. The doors, hood, and trunk all latch properly.
The passenger side front floor footwell is solid and has been properly welded with some patches. The passenger side rear floor footwell needs some minor welding as does the driver's side rear footwell. The driver's footwell needs partial replacement. The dash has very minor rust at the bottom of the windshield corners. The original trunk floor is solid and only had a few pinholes of which I welded. The quarter panels have rust around the wheel openings and the wheel houses only need minor patching at the bottom corners. The rear window channel is rust free and only required minor welding. It does need some new molding clip rivets replaced. The passenger side door is pretty solid and the hinge detent is missing. The driver's side door needs a small patch at the front bottom. All 4 windows roll up and down pretty well. Both fenders are rust free. The cowl is rust free as far as I can tell. The driver's side front wheel house is original and in good shape. The reproduction passenger side front wheel house is in good shape. The upper and lower front valances are in good shape along with both fender extensions. The cowl induction hood is in good shape. The trunk lid is not rusty or dented much. The rear valance panel seems to be in good shape. Both rear unibody rails seem to be rust free. The front subframe is not rusted out and is mounted with aluminum bushings. The trunk floor and occupant floors have been sanded and brushed with black POR-15.
Most all exterior stainless moldings are included, but need restoration and polishing. The originally blue rear seat is in pretty good shape although it has been sprayed black and needs to be re-hogringed. The door panels and rear interior panels are black reproductions. The center console is not mint, but presentable and not broken. All glass is good with the exception of scratching here and there and some chips in the rear window. The original VIN stamped MA code 327 engine block is included along with the 3917293 casting heads. The manual transmission is missing. Both front seats are missing. Some dash parts are missing. Seat belts and rear bumper are missing. Wiring harnesses are missing. I'm sure other parts are missing so look at the pictures and ask questions.
Included but not pictured:
Set of wire harness covers for the insideWiper linkagesGas pedal with linkagesAntennaCross bars for fenders (under hood)Parking brake pedal assemblySome ductworkFront bumper
I have a clear New Jersey title in my name with the correct VIN.
