Very nice example of the Classic 1962 Corvette. Local Maryland car that came to this area in 1999 and has always been garaged and well maintained since then. Only driven 12k miles in last 16 years on nice days for fun. Beautifully straight body with excellent fit all around. Correct Honduras Maroon Paint that shows really well. All chrome and trim are good as well as the glass. Interior is also very nice and correct with very rare power windows and factory heat delete, which had to be special ordered. Prior owner installed a modern stereo system behind the dash that has remote for nice tunes and ordered repo kick panels to mount nice speakers but original kick panels come with the car and are in great condition. Seats, door panels, carpets and dash are in great shape with all gauges, lights, signals and even the clock working as they should. Soft top looks fairly new and optional hardtop is there as well. Has non matching # mid 60's Corvette 327, HT code, Hydraulic lifter, 350Hp, MT engine that was installed before previous owner bought the car. Does have correct 4 speed manual and 3:35 gear L-20-1 casting rear end that was remanufactured in 1991. Car comes with good service history showing new wiring harness installed in 99 right after prior owner bought the car along with complete clutch kit, throw out bearing shift forks all done in 2006. Car runs and drives really strong with everything performing fantastic. Both engine and trunk compartments are correct and clean with original spare and jack kit there. Also comes with owners manual and shop manual. Underneath the car is very nice with no rust issues to speak of and pictures are available upon request.
