1974 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 2500 Cheyenne Additional Info:

This truck was stored in a garage and not driven since 2013 (at least that's when the tags expired). I am helping a friend sell it. It belonged to her dad who recently passed so the details are a little fuzzy. I am going off of a lot of receipts that we have. Same owner since 1989 at least. Clean title in hand.It is a super clean 1974 Chevy 3/4 ton automatic 4wd. No rust anywhere, I wouldn't swear by it but I believe its the original paint. A couple little dings on the back of the cab and drivers door but nothing more than that. Paint is overall good and shiny, the hood shows some fading but that is the only spot. It could be brought back with some buffing. Very few rock chips and scratches. The trim presents well and is all accounted for.The truck was originally a 350 /350 but a 454 was swapped in (no receipts for it) most likely in the 90's. The th350 was rebuilt using a HD torque converter in 1997 (receipt) so you would assume that was probably due to the engine upgrade. The transfer case is a np 203 but it does have hubs on the front axle. The gear ratio is 4.10 in both axles and the rear axle has a factory gov lock. Front brakes are discs, rears are drums and the rear pads and one wheel cylinder were replaced last month. Has a Warn 8274 on a winch bumper and a Braden style rear bumper. Wheels are chrome steel wagon wheels with used 265/75/16 Toyo MT tires.Interior is in good shape, heater is really hot, I don't believe the A/C is working but its hard to tell in the cold weather. I have multiple receipts for the A/C pump and charge but that was back in the 90's. Bench seat has been reupholstered and has a little cracking on the drivers side toward the bottom. Carpet is excellent and it has a nice grey molded headliner with upholstery. Has a Clarion tape deck and decent speaker. Dash is not cut up at all and the dash pad only has one small crack in between a couple of the speaker perforations. It has an added on wiper delay module, cruise control, trailer brakes and an old CB.Runs and drives great. Both fuel tanks function, oil pressure is over 60 psi when driving and 30 psi at idle. Runs nice and cool with a new radiator, new top and bottom hoses, and new heater hoses. All belts have been replaced. I can't see the numbers on the block of the 454 but it has plenty of power with an Edelbrock 750 carb with electric choke and a aluminum intake with tube headers and glasspacks. Steering is tight and the suspension feels fine but the front springs are definitely sagged out.
Overall this truck is in great shape and is nice enough to turn heads all while being a guilt free driver. I do have the original engine available although the condition of it is unknown. Its free for the buyer if they want it. This truck has seen less than 10,000 miles since 1997, somebody put some miles on it please! This truck is a well cared for survivor! I'll do my best to answer any questions and if other specific pics are needed I can take them.
