1980 Chevrolet Camaro Additional Info:

Why This Car Is Special This cool Camaro has a built small block, great looks and a sound any muscle car fan will appreciate. Mechanical The 350 CID V8 engine has been bored .030 over to 355 cubic inches. It was then topped with an Edelbrock Performer EPS intake and 4-barrel carburetor with a carburetor spacer and Spectre air filter. The exhaust is handled by full-length coated headers running to dual exhaust with an X-pipe and Flowmaster mufflers running to chrome tips. An HEI system provides the spark and dual electric fans keep everything nice and cool. Chrome accents under the hood include: air cleaner, valve covers, thermostat housing, pullies, alternator, fender braces, radiator cover and radiator overflow. The engine bolts to a Saginaw 4-speed manual with routes the power through a 10-bolt rear end with traction bars. Power steering and power front disc brakes make this car handle and stop better than you might expect from a nearly 40-year old vehicle. Interior The interior is a mixture of stock and custom with an aluminum gauge bezel housing AutoMeter gauges, racing bucket seats and an AM/FM/CD player. The door panels and rear seat are stock black vinyl and match the newer front seats nicely. The trunk is clean and simple with a correct trunk mat. Exterior The exterior is where this car really stands out from the crowd. The steel cowl hood give it a killer muscle car look that is carried on to the rear spoiler. The Silver Metallic paint fits this body style very well and looks great matched with Rev chrome wheels. The big chrome exhaust tips let onlookers know this isn't a stock 180 horsepower 1980 Camaro. This Chevy has the horsepower to back up the good looks. Conclusion These late 70s and early 80s Camaro are becoming highly collectible and this one is in great shape.
