Here we have a White 1992 Chevy Fleetside 1500. The Truck does run and was moved a very short distances to be able to get pictures. Thetruck was towed in by my repossession contractor.We do have keys. The driver side window has been busted out and is covered with plastic.The truck as some very big rust spots and scratches. The interiorfabric on theroof has been removed. The truckhas somejunk insideand in the bed.Be prepared to tow or trailer this car from our lot. The mileage is exact (See picture).

• Debit card in person. Requires photo ID for the card holder and the credit card.
• Debit card by telephone. Requires a copy of the card, card holders photo ID and a signed authorization via fax to844-293-6356 (photocopy and fax both sides of photo ID and debit card).
• Certified Check, money order or payment upon pickup. Titles will be held for 14 days when payment made with a personal check. Photo ID is required at time of delivery. Buyer will be responsible for all licensing requirements and fees, taxes, trip permits etc., in buyer's State of residence.
• No credit cards are accepted at this time.

Note: We have had an issue with a debit payment showing up as a cash advance. We run all transactions as credit, and have no control over this. Buyers may want to contact their credit provider to insure that this will not occur with the card you will be using.

We reserve the right to cancel the sale of this vehicle early. This vehicle is a repossession, and the customer can redeem the vehicle during the course of the sale. We may also reserve the right to cancel the sale if any other legal issues arise, etc. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.

Additional Terms and Conditions for eBay Auction Sales: Winning bidder must pay a 10% or $200 (whichever is greater) Non-Refundable Deposit within 48 hours of Winning Bid. - No Exceptions. The balance is due within seven (7) days after auction closure. Legal dispute: Choice of Venue and Law: Buyer and Seller agree that any disputes shall be resolved using Kentucky Law, and that any suit must be brought by filing inGreenup County, Kentucky.

Typographical and factual errors: In the event that there are material errors on the description of the item, Buyer and Seller may agree to complete the sale. If the Buyer is unwilling to complete the sale due to a typographical or factual error, Buyer shall be entitled to reimbursement for a maximum of $25.00 in out of pocket expenses. In the event that a sale is not concluded due to a typographical or factual error, Seller may agree to release Buyer out the of the eBay auction winner's obligation when Buyer agrees to and completes the posting of positive or neutral feedback. Seller will then post positive or neutral feedback. In no event shall Seller be responsible for any other expenses or damages of any kind, regardless of the nature of the error. As noted herein, Buyers are strongly encouraged to examine vehicles before bidding.
